Everyone was so wonderful and did everything in their power to make sure my loan went through for my first home! I am a first time home buyer and I’m also young and appreciate everything everyone has done.

Any questions or concerns I had during the process were thoroughly explained. I had a few circumstances in the process that were out of the norm, but Jeff and the NAF team, went above and beyond to make sure everything happened on schedule.

Carlton was always available and professional and knew the business inside and out

The process took a very long time, understanding that some things needed to be fixed on the house, but I felt like every time we were getting close to the next step something or someone would get in the way, very frustrating!!!
