New American Funding - Dallas, TX has received a review with 1 star rating from Shannin R

It was not clearly explained to us that you would close an account at a different bank. This has caused major issues for us. We also had a 5% HELOC and now we are paying 9%. This is outright robbery and ridiculous. Communication was horrible....

Both Matthew Bates and Bien Nguyen were very easy to get a hold of and very knowledgeable in helping us navigate the loan process. I enjoyed conversing with them and would quickly recommend them to anyone.

Loan did not get processed until the very, very, last minute. Caused a lot of problems with signing and logistics.
