Michael was amazing and was always calling and checking up and was really good to work with the. The rest was I felt like I was waiting with no information and lack of communication.

My loan officer was removed for some reason and was not notified, I left voicemails with him that went unanswered then found out I had a new loan officer so I left him a voicemail that was never returned

The process was smooth and easy to complete. The staff was always helpful when ever I had questions. The people were friendly and professional.

The biggest frustration was that I already have an account with Mr Cooper for my existing mortgage but I could not access any of new loan documents through the Mr. Cooper websitse.
