The communication for when things were so was great. And when we had an hiccups. When things were incorrect On the forms the team was able to get them update quickly for a seamless process.

The whole process was a nightmare. Could never get anyone on the phone, left voicemails and no response- changed LO 3 times. As far as I know, someone is still working on a pre-approval for me and I am already under contract with another lender....
