The attorney sent me checks when they said they would use ACH. The letter said they was not a ACH available. I checked with Santander and the have ACH so now the payoff is higher due to delay. Nolan and Vanessa were outstanding, the closing...

John received this file from another lender who couldn't get the file approved. We were seven days from closing, and he got it done with our closing only needing two additional days. Great Work!
