I honestly had a hard time filling this out. John was great at first, but towards the end the communication was not great. But my main issue was not with John but with the people who took over after he went on leave. Having to change loan officers...

Craig and his team were very responsive, kept the client and I both informed and met the deadlines in a timely fashion. All in all they did a great job.

Everything was great! from our first conversation with Jason to our last, Jason was very helpful in this process, explained everything so we understood. Very professional, personable, and very through and knowledgeable.
