Everything is really good I'm just new to the process it took a long time I guess with a lot of paperwork that's all I was pretty good though

Good loan officer and processor, but the underwriter and title company were out of control with their demands, in my opinion. Therefore, I wouldn’t recommend New American Funding.

Better Communication and better understanding of type of loan being processed. Lots of miss communication which lead to lots of wasted time n effort on both sides. Little frustrating to say the least

Mark was very communicative throughout the entire process. I never had to check up on him, because he always kepte updated and was completely on tol top of everything. Highly recommend!

I understand it's a big process to finance a home and Kaleb was there basically anytime I needed questions answered. Highly recommend Kaleb Greenemeyer to anyone in my shoes .

don't change loan processors in the middle of a loan closing. Ed was great; we started the loan closing process with Jourdan and she was great then we didn't hear from anyone for 10 days. stephanie took over and she got everything done on time...
