I think he totally wasted our first two months. Once Jonathan took over we started getting somewhere. Janathan was outstanding gettting us to the finish line.

Communication with the loan processor and better understanding and communication of closing dates. The underwriting process was a terrible experience.

Scott was incredibly helpful through the whole process. He negotiated very reasonably with me, gave me tons of accurate info to help me decide what to do and overall gave me a lot of trust in the process of going with NAF.
