This was not about Steve exactly as he did respond many times asking the processer to update us on items and she would take days and at one point well over a week to reply.

Closing was not completed on the original date promised. Could not get answers as to when closing would be complete. Loan was not funded in a timely manner. Consistently requested information previously furnished to All American.
