My loan officer infrequently and inconsistently responded to emails, so any questions I had were left unanswered. I even had to call one time to get him to acknowledge an email but, despite what he said, my loan officer still has not responded...

We sincerely apologize that your loan experience with our company was anything less than satisfactory. Please contact our Customer Service ~~*********************~~ as we would like to address your concerns.

Some roadblocks from underwriter were not communicated in a timely manner. It was weeks before they let us know and they only told us during the week of closing. The rest of the process was smooth with kudos to a capable NAF team.
