Nicole's communcation was very poor. Never communicated with me or my client the final closing disclosur. I had to reach out to other parties for any kind of update. She kept mentioning being in the business for awhile but it definetly felt...

Kevin & his team did a great job processing the file, keeping everyone informed with updates, and making sure that the borrower was ready to close on time.
