Better communication could have been better

Arjun was friendly and very responsive. Any time a question came up he was quick with a response and tried to keep our application moving. I have recommended him and would do so again.
Wayne was very helpful in getting me approved for my mortgage, and worked with me to make the home purchase successful.

The process took a long time. We understand because of covid but should not have taken so long.
Any issues encountered were addressed! Great communication.
Steve was great in communicating loan process in layman terms, he followed up the application closely till the closing date. He answered all the questions that i had during the application process.
