Julie in processing was way more "hands on" with this transaction. Once I was "signed up" I got automatic canned emails and pushed to processing.
Kat had great communication in the beginning of the transaction. As the transaction continued she didn't return my calls. It was somewhat frustrating as a realtor to not get a call back 3 days before settlement. I appreciate all her hard work...
