My client repeatedly asked for additional items needed before the close and didn't receive responses until the day before and day of close. Truly not the experience for clients that are new or old to purchasing property.

Robert was amazing from start to finish. He answered every question I had and took the time to explain it to me in lamen terms, because he is a very smart guy! I am happy that he was able to assist me in the process. I highly recommend him!!!...

From the beginning of the loan process everyone involved took their time to explain the process to us very clearly. Even when I find some information in the documentation that I did not understand or agree with, the loan officer and loan processor...
