She made it easy to work with

Alan was amazing at keeping us up to date. He helped us tremendously when we decided to back out of a new build and put an offer on a different home. Everything went smoothly and we were even able to close early.

Everything was smooth and went exactly as planned. In the beginning they set a target closing date and closed exactly on that date. They also let me know what they needed and when and it all went very smoothly.
