Lee Miller should not be in a client facing position. She was lazy, lost documents, did not return phone calls, and made it a miserable experience. If it was not for Anthony Hartsell, I would have pulled the loan.

I had worked with Toni through the whole process, she was excellent, then all of a sudden I get someone new, so never developed a repo with Jason.
