Everybody was very nice and helpful. The only thing i would add is that it would have been better to just deal with one person through the whole process.

An important detail was overlooked by the banker that eventually changed the rate significantly when we were at a point of no return. It was extremely disappointing and financially daunting.

I do not feel that you proactively helped us manage the interest rate risk. While you had initially said that we would be speaking frequently about the rates, you went silent for most of the time. We often had to initiate the conversation ourselves....
