Due diligence. ....better more prompt communication. Maybe ask if there is a mortgage on the property instead of just relying on a credit report.

Nadyne was great. Always communicative and closed the loan early.

Thorough and got the job done with a difficult buyer and property

Jason did a great Job. However the underwriting was a bit frustrating, underwriting asked for repeat of documents, and new stuff that was not exspected etc. At that point Jason did help push the loan through. If Jason had not done that I would...
