The file took three months to close. I would have to assume that the buyer wasn't ready to buy when the approval was given to him. Do a better job with your up front work on approvals.
Dave and his entire team were fantastic and responsive through the whole experience. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a great mortgage lender.
