Tasha was wonderful. She kept me from losing my mind throughout the challenging process of selling a home while buying a home. I highly recommend her.

James did for us what others said could not be done. We were in a fixed interest rate but it was extremely high <10% without escrowed property taxes and insurance. Our previous loan servicer (Rushmore LM) had the worst website, customer service rep. and overall we had a horrible experience with them. James was able to get our interest rate lowered more than half and our new payment includes the taxes and insurance. We are saving over $500 per month and couldn’t be happier. Thanks James
