Jim was very quick to answer any questions I had about the process!

Communication for the first week or two was good. After that, it fell off completely. I emailed him multiple times with no reply. Had to depend on other from the company.

Dan was quick at responding when I had questions and listened to me. He found me the right loan based on my concerns. He also knew I wanted to close quickly and I was surprised when we were able to close in just 30 days. I fully expected 45...
