Mike Warsop was great. I engaged First Federal with Jim Simpson and account transferred because Jim left company during process. Process was bumpy with some surprises, otherwise all was good.

For me to have had a more pleasant experience the communication between the underwriters and I should a have been more transparent. The loan officer was also misinformed.

John was very professional and personal with the loan process. He made my family and I feel comfortable throughout the whole process of buying our first home.
Communications were very poor between the underwriters and loan office which lead to a lot of misinformation.
