Robb was always very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had and helped guide us thru the entire process. Bonus points for being able to communicate via text, made it super convenient!

Quick response, minimal superfluous tasks, smooth until things hit the underwriter. I'm not so fond of the latter part of the process, but was very happy with Walter.
