Robb was an excellent officer. He helped me understand the process and promptly answered any questions I had. My realtor also really appreciated his promptness and said he was one the best officers she’s worked with.

Robb was always available to answer questions, was always professional and polite. He was great to work with!
Quick response, minimal superfluous tasks, smooth until things hit the underwriter. I'm not so fond of the latter part of the process, but was very happy with Walter.
Efficient and effective, quick and to the point, good rates and clear fees, no surprises.
