Was overcharged for the appraisal, and was supposed to credit me in the closing documents, but there was no credit applied.
I reached out to Tim off the recommendation of my sister. Tim and his team are ON IT. They are quick, easy to talk to, and communicate clearly. Tim also sends you weekly voice notes that we called podcasts and they are great!
