I paid Feb payment late and the amount included late charge. BSI cannot figure out how to process payment so the late charge money went to escrow and the late fee was added on to my balance to pay again. Even trying to get it resolved is taking...

No fault of Brandi, my experience with BSI overall has been not great. But Brandi was the exception

Brandi was friendly, knowledgeable, and had a can-do attitude.

I hadn't realized my monthly payment had increased by $26 and received a late payment notice as a result. Brandi explained everything perfectly. she was thoughtful and professional. I sent in the balance.
