Great service

Sherri listened to my concerns and was patient in throughly explaining things to me. Sherri answered all of my questions.

Listening to what the request was and not having the same request repeated several times. This made me feel like BSI really didn't care much about my request.

Take money out more sooner than later when we as client post them to be taken out our account instead of waiting so later.

I have had at least three conversations with BSI in regards to an escrow question. Each person told me that the issue would be resolved and my mortgage payment would not increase. That turned out to not be the case. I called again and was told...

All my questions were answered.

My problem was resolved quickly and efficiently

Bsi always makes my phone calls go smooth answers all my questions with no problem..
