I had doubts about this company unknown to me taking over our mortgage. However, with inquiries about updates for insurance and property taxes I have been totally satisfied with the professionalism and ease of handling my questions.

Call was answered promptly, the agent was pleasant, patient with my fumbling for a pen, and knowledgeable. My inquiry and resolution took less than a couple of minutes.

Same issue with my escrow as everyone else. My loan was bought by these people and now my payment has increased tremendously due to "not enough escrow funds" How can this keep happening to every person? Also, they have not helped my as a hurricane...
