They bought my loan so not a choice, so far CX service has been good. Their website is somewhat "Stone Age, " but it works ok except for beter itemization on escrow accounts and the ability to upload docs.

My rep was wonderful. Kept the call quick and easy.

Rachel was also great to work with. She We have a plan in place for my account.

Avg of 2-3 stars then a sudden flood of 5-star reviews = red flag. Stay clear if you can, this company is terrible. Since they bought our loan: double charges(do not for god's sake do auto draft payment), garbage websites, useless phone reps...
