For days I was trying by calling and multiple emailing to contact your customer care and was not successful, until Mis Sherri, which she professionally Identified me by my phone number and when I told here about my mortgage over payment, then...

The experience was helpfu;

She was great and professional

Sherri was very knowledgeable and took care of my needs in a timely manner.

Don't send out a late payment notice when the payment has been made on time. This does not make me happy.
