You guys should have promptly notified me when supposedly the taxes needed to be paid instead of blind siding me. Coming up with $10K was and place a hardship on my family. I should have been notified as soon as the mistake was discovered.

Simple and easy to work with

I have not had a good experience with BSI. When I had an insurance claim to process, dealing with BSI was a literal nightmare. No recommended to anyone I like or care about. Terrible.

Their customer service needs to be retrain and be on one page. Call in and everyone is giving you different information. I mean that no one read notes or they don't have a manual to have the same information. I call for a week and everyone...

BSI is the worst mortgage company I have ever dealt with.

My goal is low rates, and ease of using the account online, so I am pleased with what I have so far with BSI
