I had four different people tell me three different information. I was transferred from customer service to tax dept then told I needed to be transferred to customer service.

The representative understood why I couldn’t do something online. She handled it via telephone and waived the fee. She was very pleasant and helpful. It was such a pleasure dealing with her.
