This rep was the only person I’ve ever spoke to that works there that I feel had a real answer. Upper management is horrible at returning calls and plain customer service lacks at BSI.

There should be a deferment plan. I explained to her that I am only slightly behind and I have the money to cover it but because of my credit score I would like two payments deferred. I was out on hold for several minutes with no resolution
