Very professional.

Most people have been friendly and helpful from BSI. This one was rude, uncaring and not really helpful. I get that we owe money but we were trying to figure something out.

All questions were answered in a simple manner in which I was able to understand.

I had a in account issue due to change in payroll companies. Quite a debacle! I couldn't figure out where I was between what my bank account read and what bsi transactions said. Customer service kept me calm and non reactive do ad it to cause...

The payment application was done as I wished (to the outstanding mortgage balance). The care was excellent, time was perfect. Now to be able to use Safari for all aspects of site access will be my next wish. I now have to switch to Firefox.
