Paid off my mortgage and no confimrmation from BSI or thank you. I had to go on line and try to get info about my loan. But saw the scren once and then could not get back the scren with my info. Always got notices of my payments to be made!!!...

Dylan was awful. He was rude, he was condescending, and he was far from helpful; plus, the very little help that he did offer, emailing me copies of my original escrow analysis as well as the updated analysis (if one was even actually done)...

All of my questions were answered and a plan started. Very patient and helped me out.
