Don't really know what to do to make a house payment more enjoyable, Kinda stumped me there...

This representative was nice however the customer service representative at BSI are very rude, very arrogant and tend to have a norm of attitude towards the customer and doesn't hesitate to hang up on them when asked to speak to their supervisor....

Roseanne was very knowledgeable and light hearted! She walked me through what I was needing to do in a pleasant and professional manner!
