After being dropped from a previous attempt at understanding an increase in my billing, this rep was knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had trying to understand why my billing was changed

Rep was difficult to understand, connection seemed very poor. Just wanted to gain a better understanding of my billing which had increased. She did not seem knowledgeable and the call dropped. No attempt to return call to me.

My experience overall was to my liking 👍
