I've not recieved a payment slip in over 3 months and prior to that, they were arriving late as per the payment due date. I had called once before and this most recent call. And the issue is still not resolved.

I explained my issue and Michael jumped onto it asap, explained what he saw on his end and got to the bottom of it. I am still waiting on a update but he said I'd be hearing something in 3-5 days.
