I have sent BSI 2 emails (under contact us on your web site) and have received no replies to either one. A reply would be nice.

It was know fault of Joslyn. She notified of issues pertaining to my account as I have not been receiving emails or postal mail from BSI and I am unsure why this is happening when they have all my information.

I got what I needed done.

BSI took over my Mortgage and I was concerned how I would make payments to new loan company but the representative helped me get my Automatic payments set up so my loan would be paid on time

Our mortgage came over from Premier Bank and I was trying to set up an account to pay my July statement and to set up bi-weekly payments. Dylan was very friendly, professional, and understood my ask. Very good experience!
