need to handle the escrow payments much better because every year you come up short and I have to pay a difference to the township to make up the escrow.

It was great not to be kept on hold for a long time, effort was made to answer my questions and help to resolve the issue, Michael was very pleasant and made every effort to help me.

My escrow account is all messed up because you do not understand that my city of Lower Burrell had sent out one tax bill for both County Tax and City Tax instead of two separate bills. Hence , you double charged me twice then refunded both...
