Customer Service rep was very rude and short. Did not help at all to resolve problem. Our acct is new to your company and at this moment I am very unhappy!!

I got the letter stating that we were sold by Premier/Wesbanco but then the payment slip said Wesbanco still and not sure why I was never sent the one for BSI? I got an email with in less then a week of when the information about the insurance...

Elizabeth was friendly, helpful, and professional. I followed her advice and submitted a copy of my cancelled check and my bank statement showing the check had cleared. I have since called on July 17th and spoken with Connie, who was also great....
