The main issue was the website experience and the automatic assumption that a manual payment had to be a monthly payment even though I'm set up for auto payments, I'm paid ahead, and nothing was actually due. No warning and no way to stop it...

Brandon was very helpful in getting me the information that I needed, and offered to follow up with me, which he did.

Bc I had never had a late fee and it was bc of the USPS taking 24 days. She removed the fee and reversed my money.

I need my tax information. I have called three times and still don't have them. I have checked online three times and I get an error message and won't show me anything but a blank page.

My question was answered courteously and professionally.

Michael was very helpful and even though we couldn't pinpoint why my payment failed, he assured me that there would be no adverse effects.
