Brandon was very helpfull in resolving my concern. The issue is he was the 3rd person I spok eto over 2 weeks to get this resolved. I was also tolld multiple time I would get a return call and only recieved one once.

Take time to go over options for the late payments. Alot has gone on lately to why I am behind but nobody wants to hear me explain why I am in the situation I am in. I offered solutions but they don't want ro take the time to hear them.
