It’s ridiculous in today’s world to have to finish a closing, and then send an entire packet to the lender for funding approval. I don’t know why anyone would go to a lender, where when the closing is finished, and we have to wait for funding....

The process was much faster then most banks and had the deal closed within a few weeks. The closing cost seemed to be more reasonable then most banks. Look forward to doing many more transactions with this company!
