Jake and his team were very responsive. They maintained continuous communications throughout the application. This ensured we knew where we were in the loan process and all documentation had been submitted.

Jake and his team kept us in the loop and followed up with insurance etc on our behalf. They were always quick to respond and really made the process so easy!
