    The buying experience was hard due to the sellers being inflexible. On top of changing reps during the latter part of the buying process made for a 'meh' experience all around.

    Not Smith's fault at all but we changed people right at the end of all our home purchase and it threw us for a loop as we had been in contact with our previous contact since March of 2021.
