The first loan processor was inappropriate at best. NAF helped me to get a new processor. The staff essentially took a break during the holidays - if that is the case, then discourage or do not allow closings in early Jan. My emails went unanswered...

Things got delayed with the closing and she was going on vacation and she made sure my client and I would be taken care of. Got us to closing. Kind and considerate. Very helpful.
