It was an easy process to apply for and close on a HELOC. Nancy did a great job accomodating our existing travel plans allowing us to close out of state . This was a great experience.
Nancy had nothing to do with the experience, she was fine.
However the format and process of getting a loan is out of control with the redunencie of paperwork being asked for.
We live out of state in a different time zone but Nancy was always available and accessible. She made the stressful loan process not so stressful!

I was able to get through the entire loan process from out of state. Nancy is very thorough and walked me through all the way to and including closing day. A REAL PRO.
