Mike is absolutely top notch in everything he does! I would never want to work with another loan officer.

Mike's communication and monitoing of the mortgagerates made this refinance easy. We used Mike and Ruoff when we bought the house in 2023 and it was so positive we came back now for the refinance.

When reading the documents for signing the system loges me out due to short time session.it would be easier if the app opens everything from within it instead the beowser. Michael is a good officier and he did a great job through all the process...

Michael was extremely easy to work with, quick to everything and overal made everything work out smoothly.
