Del Lekan was helpful and provided guidance when I asked about homeowners insurance, about the process of wiring funds, and suggested recasting the loan if we made a lump sum payment on the principal to lower our mortgage payment.

Del and all other Ruoff personnel were incredibly knowledgable, responsive, and thorough throughout the entire process. They did all the heavy lifting and made everything so easy on us while still making sure we understood what was going on....
