Mike Pendergast was extremely thorough, looked for best deal, communication was rapid, friendly and was always there to answer questions, etc. quickly.
Very easy to work with-Michael is a class guy and solid professional.
There was just alot of back and forth. A few things that we were told, wasn't accurate. The process took longer than expected. But over all we are happy that it got done.

All done online except for signing the closing documents. The notary came to us in another state while we were visiting relatives.
